How long does shipping take?

Processing time is usually 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you can request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact DAMI3C support first and provide your order number and photos/video proof.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

Yes. After we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing time may vary by bank/provider).

What items are not eligible for return?

Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair

How do I place an order?

Choose your product → add to cart → checkout → enter shipping details → complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after the payment is successful.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not been shipped, we can help you update or cancel it. Please contact Athsia support ASAP with your order number.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with the correct address. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we’ll try our best to help you contact the carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept 【credit & debit cards/PayPal/Apple Pay/Shop Pay】.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. Why?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact Athsia and we’ll resend it. Make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What can I do?

Check with family/roommates/front desk/security/parcel locker

Verify the shipping address on your order

Contact the local carrier for proof of delivery
If still missing, contact Athsia within 48 hours so we can assist.

My package is delayed. What should I do?

International shipments may experience delays due to customs, weather, holidays, or local carrier backlogs. If tracking hasn’t updated for 【7–10 days】, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Are your products original/brand new?

Athsia products are sold as brand-new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page. Each item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes. Most products come with a 【12-month warranty】 covering manufacturing defects (not including accidental damage or misuse). If you have an issue, please contact us with your order number and proof.

What should I do if my item is defective or not working?

Please contact Athsia support and provide:

A short video showing the issue (recommended)

Photos of the product, accessories, and packaging label
We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and arrange a replacement/refund if confirmed defective.

Are the product photos and videos accurate?

We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color/appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or product batch updates.

Do you provide user manuals or setup guides?

Yes. Some products include printed manuals; others provide digital instructions. If you need a guide, message us with your product model and we’ll send the setup steps.

Can I buy accessories or replacement parts?

Yes (depending on availability). Send us the product model and the part/accessory you need, and we’ll confirm options and pricing.
